Student LendingWorks, Inc. (SLW) is a subsidiary of KnowledgeWorks Foundation, a nonprofit education foundation based in Cincinnati, Ohio.  KnowledgeFunding Ohio, Inc. (KFO) is an affiliate company of SLW and also a subsidiary of the Foundation.  The Ohio Centric Student Loan Program is a state program that is administered by the Foundation.  The following investor information is for the bonds issuances of the Foundation, KFO and the Ohio Centric program.
