Ohio's Designated Lender Provides Student Consolidation Loan Comparison Chart

Borrowers can compare discounts...and the likelihood of keeping them.

COLUMBUS, OHIO - Student Lending Works, the State of Ohio’s designated nonprofit provider of student loans, is making available the Ohio Federal Student Consolidation Loan Comparison Chart. The chart is available for download ; no signup is required. This chart is a resource for borrowers to compare the wide variety of discounts various lenders are offering for student loan consolidation. More importantly, the chart shows how likely it is that you can actually earn and keep the discounts being offered.

Student Lending Works is making this information available as part of its continuing mission as an advocate for Ohio students and families for making informed choices about financing a higher education. Earlier this year, Student Lending Works released its Consolidation Survival Guide, otherwise referred to as the “Gotchas Guide,” which identifies various ways borrowers can lose the discounts being offered by lenders. The nonprofit organization helps Ohio students and families further by providing the best discounts available for education loans in Ohio using tax-exempt funding authorized by the State.
