KnowledgeFunding Ohio: KnowledgeFunding Ohio (KFO) is the designated secondary market for federally guaranteed student loans in the State of Ohio. In that capacity, KFO issues tax-exempt bonds using volume cap allocations from the State of Ohio’s Department of Economic Development and pursuant to Section 150(d) of the Internal Revenue Code to finance the student loans it acquires.

Ohio Centric Student Loan Program: the Ohio Centric Student Loan Program is a tax-exempt student loan secondary market of the State of Ohio and administered by KnowledgeWorks Foundation. The Office of the Treasurer of the State of Ohio issues tax-exempt bonds, the proceeds of which are used finance both federally guaranteed and private student loans.
